
If this is your first time visiting the site, you will need to register. The registration process helps personalize your experience and record your progress over time. Your personal information will be kept private. To begin, click on the "Register" button. Your organization access code will be required to complete the registration process. Follow the help link on the registration page if you do not know your access code.
After registering, you'll simply need to sign into the site with each visit. Signing in will direct you to your personalized home page and all of the available features. To sign in, click the orange "Sign In" button at the top of the screen, fill in the "Username" and "Password" fields and click the "Sign In" button.
If you have registered, but have forgotten your password, click on the orange "Sign In" button and click the "Forgot password?" link. We'll walk you through the steps of creating a new password.
If you are automatically assigned a Coach, your new Coach's profile will appear so you can better familiarize yourself with him or her. If you are not automatically assigned a Coach, we'll notify your new Coach and you can expect to hear from them within 24-48 hrs. In the meantime, feel free to explore the site and browse the wealth of content available in our library.
